`The Case Management Order entered in this matter states:

`5.3 Expert Deposition Compensation. ... Payment of the
`expert's fee is due thirty (30) days after the party receives a
`billing invoice from the court reporting service.

`Each party’s respective time was recorded by the court reporting
`
`company and subsequently billed for its fair share. More than two months have
`
`passed since delivery of the March 15, 2024, invoice for Mr. Gibiser’s deposition

`WHEREFORE,the Association respectfully requests that this Honorable

`Court order the Delinquent Defendants to pay Andrew Gibiser his outstanding
`
`expert deposition fees within 10 days of entry of the attached proposed Order
`
`(Exhibit B) and grant any other relief this Court deems proper, including the
`
`Association’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurredin filing this Motion.
