`THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court upon the Defendant’s Motion to

`Incur Costs of Private Investigator. The Court having reviewed Defendant’s Motion and the
`
`Court File, and otherwise being advised makes the following findings of fact and reaches these
`
`conclusionsof law:

`The Court has previously found the Defendantindigent.

`The Justice Administration Commission has indicated that it was not taking a

`position on the motion and wasnot requesting a hearing on this issue.

`It is therefore hereby ORDERED:

`The Court approves the cost of up top $4,000.00 at the rates established by law

`for private investigator services in this matter
