`ATTACHED SCHEDULE "A" & DEFENDANTS KEVIN McELFRESH, CHRISTINE McELFRESH, AND
`McELFRESH ROOFING AND SOLAR’S NOTICE OF TAKING REMOTE DEPOSITION with the date and hour of
`service endorsed thereon by me, to: Allison Cubbage as Receptionist at the address of: C/O COBB GONZALEZ,
`4655 SALISBURY ROAD, SUITE 200, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32256, who stated they are authorized to accept
`service for PAMELA THOMAS, and informed said person of the contents therein, in compliance with state statutes.

`Additional Information pertaining to this Service:
`8/15/2024 9:46 am Attempted service at 822 A1A NORTH SUITE 310, PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL 32082. The
`above address is a virtual office. Process server spoke to Office Coordinator Pam. Pam confirmed that the subject is
`currently not active.
`8/21/2024 8:40 am Attempted service at 883 GARRISON DR., ST. AUGUSTINE, FL 32092. Process server spoke
`to current resident who identified themselves as Jennifer Smith. Jennifer stated the subject does not reside at the
`above address. Jennifer stated she has been at the above address roughly ten years now and Pamela hasn't lived at
`the above address that whole time.
`8/28/2024 11:05 am Attempted service at 155 SUPREME CT., ST. AUGUSTINE, FL 32086. The subject contacted
`the server via phone. and left a voicemail. She requested that the server contact her via phone to schedule a time
`for service.
`9/6/2024 8:00 am Attempted service at 155 SUPREME CT., ST. AUGUSTINE, FL 32086. Process Server spoke
`with the subject via phone.. She stated that she was currently out of the state and did not know when she was going
`to return back home. She requested for the attorney to contact her via phone and coordinate a time for a deposition.
