`On Sunday, 04/14/2024at2239 hours patrol officers were dispatched toa located atEE2bou:
`an armed robbery to a business.
`Video surveillance was recovered at the scene that showed a white Dodge Chargerwith a black spoiler pulled into the parkinglot
`ofHEE park, and two black male suspects (Nathaniel Carter andJackeri Lewis) exited the vehicle and approached the
`employees as they exited the business to lock the doorsfor the night,‘The suspects were wearingall-black clothing, and latex
`gloves and hadfirearms. The suspects forced the employees back inside.thebusiness and demanded they open the safe and
`give them the money. The safe had an eight-minute delay and they waitedfor the safe to be open, where they forced the
`employeesto give them the deposit bag from the day's sales andthe cashbills from the till drawers for the next day. The
`‘suspects exited the businessafter taking $2,838.84 fromPEenc fled to the waiting Dodge Charger.
`While the two.suspects were inside the business thedriver (Tresonda Benefield) of the Charger went acrossthe street to pump
`gas at the Gate‘Gas Station, located at
`where she useda credit card ending in Has paymentfor
`$10.18 worth of gas. After pumping gas, shedrove back‘to the’¢ parking lot ofNEandwaited for the two male suspects
`Thetwo suspects |were different.in size and stature. One suspect was described as tall and heavy-set while holding a blackrifle
`During this investigation, it was learned thattheré Were additional armed robberies at EEN across the Jacksonville
`area. During eachincident, the suspects utilized the same Modus Operandi, where they donned all-black clothing with masks,
`wearing latex gloves, and they each were holding firearms. The same blackrifle with red markings can be seen on videoin each
`incident. The other incidents occurred on 04/09/2024 (CCR: 24-219729), 04/21/2024 (CCR: 24-246988), and 05/01/2024 (CCR: 24-
`269122).
`On 05/02/2024 at 2035,a fourthrelated ArmedRobbery occurred at theEE, located atCCR!
`24-269122). The suspects in the incident exhibited the same M.O. and were apprehended by officers while leaving the incident
`location in the white DodgeCharger. The suspects were also wearing the sameclothing they were wearing in the previous
`incidents.

`A search warrant was executed onnthe Dodge Charger which produced the samethree distinctive firearms used in the incidents,
`the $3,596.04 cashinside of a plastic EEE bag they had just stolen along with multiple items of merchandise believed
`to be stolen from.thea.‘and the ski masks.
`Asearch warrant.of Benefield and Carter’s residence at 13163 Ranch Road was executed which revealed multiple items of
`clothing seen‘beingworn by the suspectsin video surveillance, a box of latex gloves matching those worn by the suspects, and
`bags.
`The suspects were transported to the Police Memorial Building (PMB)to be interviewed. Benefield confessed to herrole in thé
