`Duval County (Jacksonville, Florida) as told to this officer by arrest and booking report #2025-137505 dated
`03/08/25.
`
`Circumstances:Per arrest and booking report 2025-137505 the following occurred:
`On 3/8/2025, Officer Crawford 79011 and| were dispatched to the intersection of Hendricks Ave. and S.
`Alexandria Pl. in reference to a traffic crash, CCR 25-137505.
`
`During Officer Crawford's investigation,it was revealed that Ms. Hauge gave Officer Crawfordfalse information
`pertaining to who she was and to her involvementin thetraffic crash.
`
`Officer Crawford provided the following statement:
`
`On 03/08/25 at approximately 1247 hours, | respondedtoatraffic crash with injuries at the intersection of
`Hendricks Ave. and Alexander PLS. (CCR 25-137505).
`
`Uponarrival | began mycrash investigation by speaking to a white male who identified himself as "Benjamin
`Hague". He stated that he wasdriving the Chevy Equinox (V1) and could not stop fast enough. | then spoke to
`Devin Hague who was at the scene and claimed to have been a passenger in V1. She also stated that "Benjamin
`Hague"wasdriving the vehicle at the time of the crash. She thenlater stated that she was the onedriving,not
`"Benjamin". Witnesses on the scene stated that the male wasdriving by himself and the female showed up ina
`separate car after the crash happened.
`
`Upon searching the name "Benjamin Hague" in Law Enforcement databases, the result of the person by that
`name did not match the physical appearanceof the person at the scene. Devin Hague approached myvehicle to
`provide insurance information, and | asked her again what her boyfriend's name was, and she stated "Benjamin
`Hague". | asked her again whathis real name was and again she stated "Benjamin Hague". At this point both the
`unidentified male and Devin Hague were detained. As the male was being detained,| pulled a prescription
`bottle of Suboxone with the name "Bobby Reeves"labeled on it from his pocket. He then admitted that his real
`name was Bobby Reeves(D1). | located his Medical Marijuana card with the name BobbyReevesin his pants
`pocket.| also confirmed his identity by a search in Law Enforcement Databases."

`End of Officer Crawford’s statement.
`
`Ms. Hauge was detained and her purse was searched due to search incidentto arrest. During the search
`discovered a small sum of marijuana (Property 1) on her person and not in a medical container. Post Miranda
`Ms. Hauge admitted to lying to Officer Crawford. She also stated she has a medical marijuana card. | explained
`to her that the marijuana must be in the prescribed container which it was not.
`
`A searchin law enforcement databases revealed Ms. Haugeis currently on probation for possession of a
`controlled substance. | contacted JSO ID and Records to verify Ms. Hauge's probationary status. JSO ID 5720
`confirmed Ms. Hauge was placed on probation on 8/30/2024 for a duration of 18 monthsfor case number 23-
`55679.
`
`| completed a warrantless arrest for the violation of probation under CCR 25-137589.
`
`| placed Ms. Hauge under arrest and transported her to the PTDF withoutincident.
`
`i placed the small sum of marijuana into the Property Room as evidence.

`
`The offenderviolated condition (5) of the Order of Drug Offender Probation which states, “You will live
`withoutviolating any law. A conviction in a court of law is not necessary for such a violation of law to constitute
`a violation of our probation, community control, or any other form of court order supervision.” In that, the
`offender failed to live without committing a new law violation as instructed. On 03/08/25, the offender was
`arrested by Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for committing the offense of Ct.1 Give/Receive Any Drug or Controlled
`Substance Defined in $893.02(4) to Inmate of County Detention Facility in Duval County (Jacksonville, Florida) as
`told to this officer by arrest and booking report #2025-137713 dated 03/08/25.

`The offender violated condition (5) of the Order of Drug Offender Probation whichstates, “You will live
`without violating any law. A conviction in a court of law is not necessary for such a violation of law to constitute
`a violation of our probation, community control, or any other form of court order supervision.” In that, the
`offender failed to live without committing a new law violation as instructed. On 03/08/25, the offender was
`arrested by Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for committing the offense of Ct.2 Possess Not More Than 20 Gramsof
`Marijuana in Duval County (Jacksonville, Florida) as told to this officer by arrest and booking report #2025-
`137713 dated 03/08/25.

`Circumstances: Per arrest and booking report 2025-137713 to following occurred:
`On 3/08/25, | arrested Ms. Haguefor giving false information to a law enforcementofficer under CCR25-137505.
`
`It should be
`| transported Ms. Hague to the PTDF and she was introducedinto thefacility subject to search.
`noted the suspect was taken into the intake area passing several large red signs reading, “ENTERING THIS
`FACILITY WITH DRUGS OR WEAPONS IS A FELONY.
`IF YOU HAVE DRUGS OR WEAPONSON YOUR BODYOR IN
`YOUR PROPRTY, TELL THE ARRESTING OFFICER NOW.”Correctional Officer Warren #78319 conducted a search
`inside the PTDF and located an additional small sum of marijuana on Ms. Hague.

`Original sentence: On August 21, 2024, the offender entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of
`Controlled Substance in case 24-CF-6035. The Honorable Judge Meredith Charbula withheld adjudication and
`sentenced the offender to 18 months of drug offender probation with the special condition of 1 day in the
`countyjail with credit for 1 day.

`RECOMMENDATION: Theoffender was warrantless arrested on 03/08/25 by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for
`committing the offenses of Possess not more than 20 Grams of Marijuana, Giving False Information to Police, and

`offender has continued her deviant behavioral patterns and she is not amenable to community probation. This
`officer is recommending that probation is revoked, and she is sentenced to a period of incarceration.
