`On the petition of H. VICKI BRAIL (“Petitioner”) for an order authorizing payment of the
`Guardian for services rendered and expenses incurred in the representation of the above Ward, the
`Court, having examined the case file and being otherwise fully advised of the premises, finds the
`petition’s material allegations to be true. It, therefore, is ADJUDGED that:

`Per the timesheets filed in support of the petition, the sum of $4,974.83 in fees and $0.00 in
`costs is reasonable compensation for the time period stated above.
`

`The Court hereby directs LPL Financial (Restricted Custodian) and Legacy Wealth
`Management, Inc. and/or LWM Advisory Services, LLC (Registered Investment Advisor) to
`transfer $4,974.83 from the Ward’s Restricted Account to the Ward’s Restricted Account at
`US Century.

`The Court hereby further directs U.S. CENTURY to issue a check in the amount of
`$4,974.83 payable to H. VICKI BRAIL and deliver this check to 3006 AVIATION
`AVENUE, PH-4C, COCONUT GROVE, FL 33133.
