`ORDER APPROVING GUARDIAN'S ANNUAL ACCOUNTING REPORT (§744.369(5)
`AND §744.3678, FLA. STAT.)
`
`THIS CAUSE came before the Court pursuant to §744.369(1), §744.3678 and §744.367(2) and
`(3)(a), Fla. Stat. The Court has reviewed the Annual Accounting Report for the year 01/01/2023 -
`12/31/2023 filed by, VICKI BRAIL as the Guardian of the property of the Ward. The Court has
`also reviewed the report of the Clerk of Court prepared pursuant to §744.368(1), (2), (3) and (4),
`Fla. Stat. Based on a review of these documents, the Court finds the Guardian’s Annual
`Accounting Report is complete, and conforms to all the requirements of the Florida Guardianship
`Law.
`
`It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Annual Accounting Report is APPROVED.
`
`DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Miami-Dade County, Florida on this 27th day of
