`Guardian for services rendered and expenses incurred in the representation of the above Ward, the
`Court, having examined the case file and being otherwise fully advised of the premises, finds the
`petition’s material allegations to be true. It, therefore, is ADJUDGED that:

`Per the timesheets filed in support of the petition, the sum of $4,894.50 in fees and $0.00 in costs
`is reasonable compensation for the time period stated above.

`The Court hereby directs LPL Financial (Restricted Custodian) and Legacy Wealth Management,
`Inc. and/or LWM Advisory Services, LLC (Registered Investment Advisor) to transfer $4,894.50
`from the Ward’s Restricted Account to the Ward’s Restricted Account at US Century.
`
`The Court hereby directs US CENTURY to issue a check in the amount of $4,894.50 payable to
`LIZA LOPEZ and deliver this check to 3006 AVIATION AVENUE, PH-4C, COCONUT
`GROVE, FL 33133
`
