`MOVANT, Realty Wholesalers, Inc, as current owner of the property, by and through
`
`and undersigned counsel, respectfully requests this Court to enter an Order directing the Clerk of
`
`Court to issue a Writ of Possession in the above matter, stating as grounds therefore as follows:
`

`On February 8, 2013,
`
`this Court entered a Final Judgment of Foreclosure
`
`foreclosing a mortgage lien in favor of Plaintiff. A true and correct copy of the Final
`
`Judgment of Foreclosure is attached hereto as “Exhibit 1”.
`
`2.
`
`On May 6, 2014, a Certificate of Title was issued in the name of JPMORGAN
`
`CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. A true and correct copy of the Certificate of
`
`Title is attached hereto and made a part hereof as “Exhibit 2.”
`
`3.
`
`Movant, Realty Wholesalers, Inc, recently acquired title to the subject property
`
`from Plaintiff and stands in Plaintiff’s shoes with respect to the mortgage foreclosure judgment
`
`and certificate of title. A true and correct copy of the recorded Quit Claim Deed to Realty
`
`Wholesalers, Inc. as recorded in Official Records Book 29263, Page 3524 of the Public
`
`Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
`
`“Exhibit 3.”
`
`4.

`On August 4, 2014, Movant posted a Notice to Occupants at the subject property;
`
`however, occupants have failed to contact Movant or vacate property. A true and correct copy
`
`of the August 4, 2014 Notice is attached hereto as Exhibit “4”.
`

`
`The Final Judgment issued by this Court contains the following language in
`
`pertinent parts:
`
`...Upon the filing of the Certificate of Title, the person named on the

`Certificate of Title shall be let into possession of the property...”
`
`“8. The Court retains jurisdiction of this action to enter further orders that are
`proper,
