`ORDER OF WITHDRAWAL AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD

` THIS CAUSE came before the Court on September 22, 2021 upon [Movant’s] Motion
`to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff, Ronnie Hufnagel "Client"), and appropriate notice
`having been given to all parties, it is hereby,
`
`ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
`
` 1. The Motion is GRANTED. Movant is permitted to withdraw as attorney for Client,
`and Movant shall have no further obligation in this matter.
` 2. Movant shall immediately mail a copy of this Order to Client.
` 3. Within twenty (20) days of the date of the hearing, Client shall either:
`A) Retain new counsel and new counsel must file a written appearance with the Clerk
`of Court; OR
`B) File a written notice with the clerk advising the Court that Client will represent
`himself/herself. [Note: If Client is a corporation, trustee of a trust, personal
`representative of an estate or otherwise named in a representative capacity, Client must

`retain counsel. See Nicholson Supply Co. v. First Federal Savings & Loan Association
`of Hardee County,184 So. 2d 438, (Fla 1966).]
`4. Client's failure to comply with Section 3 above will create a presumption that Client
`no longer wishes to participate in this lawsuit and the Court may sua sponte or on
`motion of opposing party impose sanctions against Client. Sanctions may include
`imposition of fees and costs, striking of pleadings, entry of default, and dismissal with
`prejudice.
`5. In the interim, Client is required to comply with all Orders/Notices requiring Client's
`appearance in Court.
` 6. Client may be served at the following address:

`7. Client is responsible for updating Client's above contact information by filing a
`notice of new contact information with the Clerk of the Court and providing a copy to
`opposing counsel. Failure to update the foregoing contact information shall constitute a
`waiver of any defenses due to lack of notice.
`8. SELF-REPRESENTED PARTIES AS WELL AS NEW COUNSEL ARE
`RESPONSIBLE FOR REGISTERING AN E-MAIL WITH THE STATE E-PORTAL IN
`ORDER TO RECEIVE NOTICES, ORDERS, AND E-MAIL NOTIFICATION WITH
`HEARING INFORMATION SUCH AS ZOOM LOG-IN INFORMATION
