`On the Amended Petition of Alexander Castellanos for Summary Administration of the
`Estate of Theroigne Castellanos, deceased, the Court finding that the Decedent died on July 11,
`2019, that all interested persons have been served proper notice of the Petition and hearing of have
`waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that the Decedent’s
`estate qualifies for summary administration and an Order of Summary Administration should be
`entered, it is ADJUDGED that:

`There be immediate distribution of the assets of the Decedent as follows:
`a.
`Alexander Castellanos, son of Decedent and sole beneficiary is to receive, 50% fee
`simple interest owned by Decedent, Theroigne Castellanos, (Alexander Castellanos
`already owns 50% remaining interest) in real property located in Miami-Dade County,
`Florida, located at 871 W. 53rd Terrace, Hialeah, Florida 33012, legal description:
`
`Lot 12, in block 83, of fifth addition to PALM SPRINGS
`SUBDIVISION SECTION ONE, according to the Plat
`thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 60, at Page 46, of the
`Public Records of Miami-Dade County Florida.
`

`Those to whom specified assets of the decedent’s estate are distributed by this order have the
`right to receive and collect those assets and to maintain actions to enforce their rights.
`

`Debtors of the decedent, those holding property of the decedent, and those with whom
`securities or other property of the decedent are registered, are authorized and directed to
`comply with this order by paying, delivering or transferring to the beneficiaries specified

`above the parts of the decedent’s estate distributed to them by this order, and the persons so
`paying, delivering or transferring shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
