`YOUR AFFIANT, IN THE COURSE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES, HAS COI E TO INVESTIGATE:
`On Saturday, June 29th, 2024, at approximately 1044 hours, OFC M. Horn IID# 35358) and I, OFC
`Ave in refere ce to a battery. Upon
`Moscatello (ID# 37224) were dispatched to 436 S. Parramore
`arrival, a woman
`identified by her Florida ID as Jaquita Ikia Tarver
`(1; F, DOB: 08/28/1982)
`e a verbal and sworn
`approached my vehicle and indicated
`the victim.

`written statement of the battery.

`Tarver stated that she and the suspect, a black male who she identified as Lar
`Shepherd, have been
`in a dating relationship for approximately 15 months. They also work toge her at Sister Soul food
`located at 436 S. Parramore Ave, Orlando FL 32805. Over the course
`of that relationship, Shepherd

`has been getting more
`— controlling wh t she does, constantly
`aggressive with Tarver
`following her to see if she's cheating, and being verbally and physically abu ive. More recently, he
`has been threatening to kill her if she cheats on him, which Tarver believes he will do. On Friday,

`June 28th, 2024, Shepherd and Tarver
`Shepherd began accusing Tarver of cheating on him. Tarver dismissed the e statements.

`and bring her to Buck Alley, located paralle to S. Parramore Ave.
`then proceeded to hit Tarver
`Shepherd dragged Tarver along Buck Alley i

`threw her against a fence behind Sister Soul food. Shepherd then proceede to pick up a stick and

`Based on my investigation, Tarver's statement, and positive confirmation of hepherd's identity by
`Tarver, I do have probable cause to charge Larry Lee Shepherd with FSS 784 03-15, Battery (Dating
`intimate relationship with Tarver, act ally and intentionally
`Violence). Shepherd, who is in an
`touched and struck her against her will. And FSS 784.021(1)(A)-18, Aggr vated Assault (Dating
`Violence). Shepherd, who is in an intimate relationship with Tarver, did thr aten by word and with
`a deadly weapon, to do violence to Tarver, coupled with his apparent ability o do so, which created
`a well-founded fear in Tarver
`that such violence was
`imminent.
