`THIS MATTERhaving come before this Honorable Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Stay
`
`Proceedings Pending Completion of Discovery Related to Global Settlement and this Honorable
`
`Court having been advised of consent of counsel for both Plaintiff and Defendant, and being
`
`otherwise fully advised in the premises,it is hereby,
`
`ORDERED AND ADJUDGEDthat:
`
`1. The parties in the instant matter have executed a Joint Stipulation on discoveryas to a
`
`global settlement and an Agreed Order was executed on May 22, 2018 on the parties
`
`Joint Stipulation in the matter of Florida Hospital (Jimenez, Nitza) v. State Farm
`
`Mutual Automobile Insurance, Orange County Case No.: 2016-SC-019352-0. Said
`
`Agreed Order sets forth five (5) matters (“Representative Cases”*) wherein theparties
`
`1 Florida Hospital Medical Center as assignee of Jimenez, Nitza v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins.
`Co., Orange County Case No. 2016-SC-019352-O; Emergency Medical Assoc. of Florida as assignee of
`

`have agreed that the parties will be conducting discovery related to the global
`
`settlement. Regarding the remainder of the matters, including the subject matter,
`
`outside the five (5) Representative Cases, discovery related to the global settlement
`
`has been stayedin its entirety.
`
`2. Within the Agreed Order on Joint Stipulation, executed on May 22, 2018, any
`
`settlement discovery obtained in the Representative Cases may be applied to the
`
`instant matter, and all cases listed within Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B”attached to the
`
`Agreed Order.
`
`3. Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Completion of Discovery Related to
`
`Global Settlement is hereby GRANTED.
`
`4. All proceedings in the instant matter are hereby stayed entirely pending the
`
`completion of the global settlement discovery currently being conducted in the
`
`Representative Cases.
`
