`Pursuant to F.S. 83.60(2) Defendant, Gregory Ofori hereby request the court to
`determine the amount of rent to be deposited into the Registry of the court.

`1. The Defendant, Gregory Ofori believes that the amount of rent claimed in
`the Complaint for Eviction is incorrect for the following reasons:
`The as actual rent as indicated in the Lease agreement is 665.00, this amount
`for 2 months is 1330.00 not 1630.00
`
`2. Florida rental statutes do not allow for addition of late fees or interest when
`rent is withheld for Landlord Tenant disputes.
`
`The documents which support this are attached with the Complaint for Eviction.
`
