`Pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.310(b)(6), the organization

`named in the accompanying Notice of Deposition (the “Organization”) shall
`
`designate one or more officers, directors, managing agents, or other persons who
`
`consent to testify on its behalf regarding the following matters known or reasonably
`
`available to the Organization:

`The scope of any and all work performed by the Organization on the
`
`Emerson Park North townhome community located in Orange County, Florida,
`
`which is the subject matter of this action (the “Subject Property” or “Project”).
`

`The name and scope of work of any employee or entity (including third-
`
`party designers, sub-subcontractors, etc.) that performed work for or on behalf of the
`
`Organization at the Subject Property.
`
`3.
`
`The names and titles of all forepersons, supervisors, project managers,
`
`or superintendents, involved in the Project and, to the extent not employed by the
`
`Organization, the Organization’s communications with same.
`
`4.
`
`The entities with whom the Organization entered into subcontracts,
`
`contracts, or agreements, either written or verbal, in connection with the Project and
`
`the contents of all subcontracts, contracts, or agreements.

`The specific scopes of work for each of the entities that fall within the

`description in paragraph 4 above, including which buildings and/or townhomes at

`the Project each entity performed work on.

`agents or employees, or any third parties hired by the Organization in applying for
`
`and obtaining such permits.

`Any review and/or inspection conducted by or on behalf of the

`Organization of the architectural plans for the Project.

`The general conditions at and organization of the Project jobsite.

`10. The regular practices and policies of the entities performing work at the

`Project, including the general contractor, as observed by or made known to the
`
`Organization.

`11. Any training provided by or to the Organization relating to the Project.
`
`12. Any meetings the Organization held or otherwise took part in relating
`
`to the Project.

`13. The sequencing of work at the Project.

`made or discussed during the Project.

`15. Requests for Change Orders (or similar documents) issued during the

`
`Inspections of the work performed by any entity at the Project,

`including local governments, regulatory agencies, and/or third parties and the
`
`Organizations communications with such those performing same.

`19. Requests for payment submitted by or to the Organization by entities in
`
`connection with the Project.

`20. Payments due and/or issued by or to the Organization to entities in
`
`connection with the Project, including the date such payments were due and whether
`
`such payments were made (timely or at all).

`21. Any repairs the Organization made to its own work or work performed
`
`by its subcontractors (including sub-subcontractors) at the Project.
`
`22. Any warranty provided by the Organization relating to the Project and
`
`any work performed or communications had relating to such warranty.

`considered by the Organization, at the time of the work, to be applicable to the

`Organization and its subcontractors’ scopes of work at the Subject Property.

`used by the Organization and its subcontractors in performing their work on the
`
`Subject Property.

`25. The means, methods, policies, procedures, and personnel used by the

`Organization to ensure that its own work and the work of its subcontractors’
