`YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to Fla. Stat. ch.197.413 (5), that a Petition has been
`filed by ANNE M. GANNON as Constitutional Tax Collector, Palm Beach County, Florida, and that upon
`ratification and confirmation ofthe Petition, the Tax Collector will be authorized to issue warrants and levy
`upon, seize, and sell so much of the tangible personal property as to satisfy the delinquent taxes, plus costs,
`interest, attorney's fees, and other charges. The Petition, including Exhibit “A”, is located on the Tax
`Collector’s public website at https://www.pbctax.com/tangible-Dersonal-DroDertv-tax/ and relates to unpaid
`tangible personal property taxes for tax year 2023. You have twenty (20) days from the date of receipt
`(service) of this Notice to respond to the Petition.
`A hearing on the Petition for Validation of the Tangible Personal Property (“TPP”) Tax
`Warrants is being held to ratify the TPP warrants and is scheduled for September 6, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at
`the Palm Beach County Courthouse, 205 N. Dixie Highway, Courtroom #9C, West Palm Beach, Florida.
`Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the hearing ifyou have any questions or would like to discuss a resolution
`of the matter in advance of the hearing.
`PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to attend the hearing or unable to provide full payment of the
`taxes owed or have an issue relating to the assessment of your tangible personal property taxes, please call
`561 -355-2264 to see if the matter can be resolved in advance of the hearing scheduled for September 6,
