`The United States respectfully provides Notice to the Court of a recent case filing in the
`
`District of Colorado.
`
`On October 6, 2020, Jayson Penn, Mikell Fries, Scott Brady, Roger Austin, Timothy
`
`Mulrenin, William Kantola, Jimmie Little, William Lovette, Gary Brian Roberts, and Rickie
`
`Blake were charged with one count of conspiracy to violate Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15
`
`U.S.C. § 1. Mr. Little is also charged with one count of making a false statement, 18 U.S.C.
`
`§ 1001, and one count of obstructing justice, 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). A file-stamped copy of the
`
`superseding indictment containing these charges is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
