`Defendant, Stephen Srichinda, by and through his undersigned attorney,

`respectfully moves this Court to modify his conditions of pretrial release as follows:
`
`1. Mr. Srichinda is restricted to travel within the Northern District of Illinois
`
`pursuant to the conditions of his pretrial release order.
`
`2. Mr. Srichinda requests permission to leave the jurisdiction from March 14,
`
`2023 through March 17, 2023 to attend a convention in Florida related to his
`
`employment (solar-panel installation). Mr. Srichinda will provide Pretrial
`
`Services with his itinerary prior to leaving.
`
`3. Mr. Srichinda’s father, Songchai Srichinda, is the surety and is aware of and
`
`consents to this request.
`
`4. The undersigned attorney communicated with Mr. Srichinda’s pretrial officer,
`
`Pedro Rangel, who has no objection.
`
`5. The undersigned attorney communicated with AUSA Charles Mulaney, who
`
`
`
