`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c), Defendants in the above-referenced action respectfully

`submit this Joint Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings seeking judgment in Defendants’ favor on
`
`Plaintiff’s unjust enrichment claims. The reasons for the Joint Motion are set forth in the
`
`accompanying Memorandum in Support of Defendants’ Joint Motion for Judgment on the
`
`Pleadings, filed contemporaneously herewith.
`
`WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request that the Court issue judgment in
`
`Defendants’ favor on the unjust enrichment claims in Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint.
