`having considered the Motion, and being duly advised in the premises, now GRANTS said
`Motion.
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED by this Court that the
`Plaintiff’s second motion for summary judgment docketed on July 13, 2020 is hereby denied

`pursuant to Ind. Trial R. 56 as Plaintiff is prohibited from filing multiple summary judgments on
`
`the merits of this litigation.
