`The Court, after having reviewed the Plaintiffs Motion to Withdraw His Summary
`Judgment Motion Filed on April 9, 2019 and Decided on January 23, 2020 Due to Discovery Not
`Being Fully Conducted and Complied With By the Defendants hereby denies said Motion for the
`following reasons:
`The Court Finds that the Motion for Summary Judgment was made by the Plaintiff on
`August 30, 2019, that being after the Defendants had responded t0 the Request for
`Production 0f Documents that were filed With the Court on August 23, 2019.
`The Defendant’s had Obj ected to providing video stating that it was “vague, overbroad
`and unduly burdensome.” The Plaintiff then filed the Motion for Summary Judgment
`Without responding to the obj ection from the Defendants to provide video footage.
`The Defendants did comply with the Request for Production in their Report filed on
`August 23, 2019.
`On January 23, 2020, the Court Denied the Plaintiff s request for Summary Judgment.
`The Court will not allow Plaintiff to withdraw a Motion that has already been denied.
`ALL IS SO ORDERED
