`To Depose Defendants now makes the following order:
`The Court agrees that no such motion is needed to be filed with the Court and that no
`named Defendant is an incarcerated individual, and thus, Plaintiff does not need the
`Courts Permission to notice their deposition, however, the Plaintiff is required to
`incur the cost of a court reporter to swear in the witness, properly record and
`transcribe the depositions according to IND R. Trial P. 30.
