`I am writing regarding the enclosed requests for admissions received by my
`office on March 4, 2020. As received by myoffice, these requests did not have a
`caption and were not labelled with any cause number. However, due to their
`contents, I believe they were sent in relation to the above-referenced cause.

`In its order dated October 9, 2020, the Court set a discovery deadlineof
`December 28, 2020. Given that this deadline has passed, your requests for
`admission are untimely. Defendants are not obligated to respond to untimely
`requests. Floyd v. St. Joseph County, 147 N.E.3d (Ind. Ct. App. 2020); Davidson v.
`Perron, 756 N.E.2d 1007 (Ind. Ct. App. 2001). Therefore, Defendants will not be
`responding to your requests for admission.
