`Plaintiff filed Motion for Default Judgment on May 21, 20 19 and the Court
`denied said request 0n June 3, 2019;
`Plaintiff filed a Specific Objection t0 the Motion for Extension 0f Time t0
`Respond t0 Complaint 0n June 3, 2019;
`Plaintiff filed Specific Objection to the denial of his Motion for Default
`Judgment and a request for the Case Summaly 0n June 10, 2019;
`7. Defendant filed Motion to Stay Discovery 0r, in the Alternative, for Extension
`of Time to Respond to Discovery on July 13, 2019 and the Court entered
`Order granting Defendant’s Motion to Stay Discovery 0n June 20, 2019;
`The Court, after reviewing the above-referenced pleadings, now finds
`that the objections contained in Plaintiff’s Specific Objections have already been ruled
`on and, therefore, n0 further action by the Court is required at this time.
