`Defendant, by counsel, filed his Motion to Stay Discovery or, in the
`alternative, for an extension of time to respond to discovery.
`The Court, having considered the request and being duly advised in the
`premises, now finds that the motion should be GRANTED.
`THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that
`discovery in this matter is stayed pending the filing and resolution of Defendant’s
`Motion to Dismiss. Such motion shall be filed with the Court by June 19, 2019. The
`Court, following any response from Plaintiff and reply from Defendant, shall rule on

`the motion. If this action persists following the Court’s order, Defendant’s responses
