`The Plaintiff, unrepresented, and the Defendant, by counsel, filed the following
`pleadings:
`1. Plaintiff filed Complaint on April 17, 20 19;
`2. Plaintiff filed First Request for Production of Documents and First
`Interrogatories to Defendant, Jerry Snyder and; Request for Subpoena
`Duces Tecum.
`3. Defendant filed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint on
`May 20, 2019 and the Court granted said request on May 24, 2019;
`Plaintiff filed Motion for Default Judgment on May 2 1, 2019 and the Court
`denied said request on June 3, 2019;
`5. Plaintiff filed a Spgcific Objection to the Motion for Extension 0f Time to
`Respond t0 Complaint on June 3, 2019;
`6. Plaintiff filed Specific Objection to the denial of his Motion for Default
`Judgment and a request for the Case Summary on June 10, 2019;
`7. Defendant filed Motion to Stay Discovery or, in the Alternative, for Extension
`of Time to Respond to Discovery on July 13, 2019 and the Court entered
`Order granting Defendant’s Motion to Stay Discovery on June 20, 2019;
`The Court, after reviewing the above—referenced pleadings, now finds
`that the objections contained in Plaintiff’s Specific Objections have already been ruled
`on and, therefore, no further action by the Court is required at this time.
