`On September 21, 2017, pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.15 and Ground Rule 2, Respondents

`Vizio, Inc., MediaTek Inc., MediaTek USA Ine., and Sigma Designs, Inc. (collectively,
`
`“Respondents”) moved for leave (“Motion”) to have the deposition of Respondents’ expert, Dr.
`
`Thomas Vander Veen, conducted on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, two (2) business days after the
`
`close of expert discovery. (Motion Docket No. 1044-036; Mot. at 1.). Because expert discovery
`
`closes next Friday, September 29, 2017, Respondents also seek an Order (“Motion to Shorten
`
`Time”) instructing Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff”) to file any response to Respondents’
`
`Motion by close of business on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. (Ia'.). According to Respondents,‘
`
`Staff and Complainants Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and ATI Technologies ULC (collectively,
`
`“AMD” or “Complainants”) do not oppose their Motion to Shorten Time. (Id.). While this
