`On this date, the undersigned issued an initial determination on violation of section 337

`and a recommended determination on remedy and bond in the above-referenced investigation:

`It is held that a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, has been
`
`found in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, or the sale within the
`
`United States after importation of certain electrical connectors, components thereof, and products
`
`containing the same with respect to US. Patent No. 7,004,766 as to Respondents Robert Bosch
`
`LLC., Robert Bosch, Sistemas Automatrices, SA. de C.V., and Foxconn Interconnect Technology,
`
`Ltd. There is no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, as to the remaining
`
`Respondents.
