`On May 22, 2017, respondents LG Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc.
`
`(collectively, “LG”) filed a motion seeking to disqualify complainant Broadcom C0rporation’s
`
`counsel, Steptoe & Johnson LLP (“Steptoe”), due to a conflict of interest.
`
`On May 24, 2017, Steptoe filed an unopposed motion to intervene for the limited purpose
`
`ofresponding to LG’s motion.
`

`
`On May 26, 2017, complainant filed a motion seeking an extension to respond to LG’s
`
`motion. Motion Docket No. 1047-009. Complainantseeks a 30-day extension, beginning the
`
`day after Steptoe’s motion to intervene is decided, to respond. See Mot. at 3. Complainant
`
`indicates that LG has agreed to extend the deadline to respond to June 8, 2017 and that the other
`
`respondents have taken no position. Id. at 1.
`
`On May 30, 2017, the administrative law judge granted Steptoe’s motion to intervene.
`
`See Order No. 7 (Initial Detennination) (EDIS Doc. ID No. 612967).
`
`The administrative law judge has decided to grant complainant’s motion for an extension
`
`in part. Complainant and Steptoe are ordered to respond to LG’s motion by June 12, 2017. See
`
`Commission Rule 210.15(c).
`
`Accordingly, Motion Docket No. 1047-009 is granted in part.
