`
`The notice of investigation identifies fifteen respondents, and the'Office of Unfair Import
`Investigations is also a party in this investigation. See id. Nine respondents were found in
`default. See Order No. 17 (Feb. 1, 2018), unreviewed, Comm’n Notice (Feb. 26,2018); Order

`Notice (Aug. 13, 2018); Order No. 42 (July 20, 2018), unreviewed, Comm’n Notice (Aug. 15,
`2018).
`
`On November 28, 2017, the ALJ issued Order No. 6 setting the target date for February
`19, 2019 and the due date for issuing a final initial determination (“FID”) for October 19, 2018.
`On October 16, 2018, the ALJ issued the subject ID (Order No. 48) extending by six (6) days:
`(1) the target date, from February 19, 2019 to February 25, 2019; and (2) the due date for issuing
`the FID, from October 19, 2018 to October 25, 2018. The ID states that “[d]ue to scheduling
`- conflicts, additional time is needed to issue the [FID].” See ID at 1.

`No petition for review of the ID was filed. The Commission has determined not to
`review the subject ID.
`
`The authority for the Commission’s determination is contained in section 337 of the
