`REPLY SUBMISSIONS BY ONE BUSINESS DAY

`Pursuant to Commission Rule 210.15, the Private Parties, with the support of the Staff,
`
`respectfully request that the Chairman of the Commission extend the date for reply submissions
`
`from Friday, February 21, 2020 to Monday, February 24, 2020. The Private Parties respectfully
`
`suggest good cause exists to grant this modest extension. The Staff concurs.
`
`On January 31, 2020, the Commission issued its Notice to Review in Part a Final Initial
`
`Determination in this Investigation. The Notice requested briefing on certain issues and set
`
`Friday, February 14, 2020 for initial submission and Friday, February 21, 2020 for reply
`
`submissions. The Private Parties and the Staff either have or are in the process of filing their
`
`initial submissions today, February 14, 2020. The parties note that Monday, February 16, 2020
`
`is a Federal holiday, leaving only four business days for the Private Parties and the Staff to
`
`prepare their replies. Given the intervening holiday, the Private Parties, with the Staff’s support,
`
`respectfully suggest that good cause exists to extend the due date for replies one business day,
`
`from Friday, February 21, 2020 to Monday, February 24, 2020.

`In view of the above, the Private Parties respectfully request that the Commission extend
`
`the date for reply submissions from Friday, February 21, 2020 to Monday, February 24, 2020.
