`America, Inc., and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Respondents”) moved to stay

`these-proceedings (1094-002). pending, disposition of Respondents’ Emergency Motion to
`
`Terminate. Respondents also requested a shortened response time of three days.
`
`Having reviewed the pleading, Respondents’ request for a shortened response time of
`
`three days is hereby denied. The undersigned is, however, setting a shortened response time of
`
`five days. In addition,
`
`the undersigned is clarifying Order No. 3 to resolve the ambiguity
`
`regarding discovery on issues like infringement or validity. All non-domestic industry discovery
`
`is hereby stayed pending resolution of Respondents’ Motion to Terminate.
