`On February 21, 2018, Respondents Apple Inc., Facebook, Inc}, Samsung Electronics
`
`America, Inc., and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Respondents”) filed a renewed
`
`motion to terminate (1094-004) the Investigation pursuant to Commission Rule 210.21(a).
`
`Respondents also requested a shortened response time of five days.
`
`The undersigned notes that Respondents filed a substantially identical mot-ion on January
`
`29, 2018, which was denied in Order No. 8 for failure to comply with Commission Rule
`
`210.21(a)(1). Given that this motion is substantively identical to Respondent’s January 29th
`
`motion and does not raise any new issues, Respondents’ request for a shortened response time is
`
`hereby granted. Complainants and the Commission Investigative Staff may rely on their
`
`previously filed responses and should inform the undersigned if they choose to do so.
`In addition, because Order No. 8 denied Respondents’ January 29th motion on procedural
`grounds, the stay imposed by Order No. 7 remains in. effect.
`
