`
`
`
`
`
`GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
`TO RESPOND TO AND FOR CLARIFICATION OF ORDER
`NO. 46 [MOTION DOCKET NO. 1118-045]
`
`(January 23, 2024)
`
`On January 18, 2024, Complainant The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (“Chamberlain”) and
`
`Respondents GTO Access Systems, LLC f/k/a Gates That Open, LLC, Nortek Security &
`
`Control LLC f/k/a Linear, LLC and Nortek, Inc. (collectively, “Respondents” and with
`
`Chamberlain “the Parties”) filed a joint motion (“Joint Motion”) for a one-week extension of
`
`time to respond to Order No. 46 and for clarification on the procedure for responses called for by
`
`Order No. 46. (Motion Docket No. 1118-045; Joint Mot. at 1.).
`
` The Parties submit that, due to limited availability of personnel during the shortened
`
`January 16, 2024 holiday week, Respondents require additional time to gather the information
`
`requested, including sales and inventory data for currently imported models. (Joint Mot. at 1.).
`
`The Parties represent that they have met and conferred and have agreed to a one-week extension
`
`of the deadline provided by Order No 46, through Monday, January 29, 2024.
`
`The Joint Motion also requests clarification with respect to the format of the responses,
`
`and additional briefing, if any. (Mot. at 2.).

`separate filing within seven (7) days of the initial filing. Even if a question is directed to one
`
`party only, the other party may respond to the question posed. However, all information that is
`
`contested should be documented. Moreover, if the Parties are able to stipulate to any of the
`
`information, they should do so.
`
`Motion Docket No. 1118-045 is granted. The deadline for the Parties to file their initial
`
`responses required by Order No. 46 is January 29, 2024. Again, each party will have seven (7)
