`On February 8, 2024, Complainant, The Chamberlain Group Inc. (“Chamberlain”), filed an
`
`unopposed motion for leave to file a reply (“Leave Motion”) to Respondents Nortek, Inc., Nice
`
`North America LLC f/k/a Nortek Security & Control LLC and GTO Access Systems, LLC’s
`
`(collectively, “Nortek” and with Chamberlain, “the Parties”) February 5, 2024 Response to
`
`Chamberlain’s Submission Regarding Order No. 46 (“2/5 Response”). Motion Docket No. 1118-
`
`046; Leave Motion at 1. 1 Essentially, Chamberlain argues that not only is its Leave Motion
`
`unopposed, but also, it implicitly argues that Chamberlain’s reply will address several alleged
`
`misstatements that Nortek has made that Chamberlain did not anticipate. Because Chamberlain’s
`
`Leave Motion is unopposed, and to ensure completeness, Chamberlain’s Leave Motion is granted.
`
