`The joint proposed procedural schedule should be received by the undersigned no later than
`
`close of business on August 17, 2018. Said proposed procedural schedule should include dates for
`
`each of the events set forth in Ground Rule 2 (if applicable). Based on a review of the undersigned's
`
`current caseload, the Markman hearing1 will take place on November 7, 2018 and the evidentiary
`
`hearing will be held July 15-19, 2019. The parties should take these dates into consideration when
`
`proposing their procedural schedule.
`
`The proposed schedule includes dates for two settlement meetings and one mediation (which
`
`will not include the Administrative Law Judge) at a time, date, and location of the parties choosing
`
`for the exploration of settlement, by persons of requisite authority, of some or all of the issues in the
`
`case. Unless the parties obtain the permission of the undersigned, for good cause shown, the
`
`settlement meetings should not occur by video-conferencing or by teleconferencing.

` All parties believe the undersigned should impose a limitation on the number of terms to be construed. ($ee Joint

`Discovery Statement at 11 3.1.) Complainant suggests three terms per asserted patent. (M.) Respondents propose that the
`parties be limited to fifteen terms for all of the asserted patents. (Id.) The Commission Investigative Staff believes the
`number of disputed terms should be limited to three claim terms per asserted patent or no more than fifteen claim terms
`for all of the asserted patents. (Id.) Since all parties are in agreement that the number of claim terms be limited, the
`undersigned is hereby imposing a limit of no more than fifteen claim terms for the five asserted patents,
