`On August 13, 2018, complainant Glycosyn LLC (“Complainant”) filed an unopposed

`motion for leave to file its identification of expert Witnesses out of time. (Motion Docket No. 1120

`003.) The motion explains that logistical issues prevented a timely filing on Friday, August 10, but
`
`that the identification Wasfiled by 6:00pm that day. (Mot. at 1.) The motion represents “[t]he
`
`Commission Investigative Staff and the Respondent have notified Glycosyn that they do not oppose
`
`the relief requested in this motion.” (Id. at 2.)
`
`The unopposed motion (Mot. Dkt. No. 1120-003) is GRANTED.
