`On October 3, 2018, pursuant to Ground Rule 1.9 and Commission Rule 210.15,
`
`Complainant SnapRays, LLC d/b/a SnapPower (“SnapPower”) and Respondent Ontel Products
`
`Corporation (“Ontel”) (together, the “Moving Parties”) jointly filed a motion (“Joint Motion”) to
`
`stay the Procedural Schedule with respect to all deadlines between SnapPower and Ontel,
`
`including but not limited to deadlines for disclosure of invalidity and infringement contentions
`
`on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, for one week from the date of filing the Joint Motion. (Motion
`
`Docket No. 1124-008 (Oct. 3, 2018); Joint Mot. at 1.). The Moving Parties state that they are
`currently in the process of completing a settlement agreement and seek to reduce the burden and
`
`expense associated with the upcoming deadlines. (Id).
`
`In accordance with Ground Rule 2.2, the Moving Parties certify that they informed
`
`Respondents AllTrade Tools LLC, Enstant Technology Co., Ltd., and Vistek Technology Co.,
`
`Ltd. (collectively, “Respondents”), and the Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff”), of their
`
`intent to file the Joint Motion.
`
`(Id. at 1—2.). The Moving Parties submit that Respondents and
`
`Staff do not oppose the Joint Motion and agreed to waive the two—day notice requirement.
`
