`On November 29, 2018, Complainant SnapRays, LLC d/b/a SnapPower ("SnapPower" or
`"Complainant") moved for leave to file one (1) day past the November 28, 2018 deadline set in
`the Procedural Schedule the folJowing motions: (i) SnapPower's Motion for Summary
`Determination that SnapPower Satisfies the Economic Prong of Domestic Industry (Doc. ID
`662867) ("Economic Prong MSD"); (ii) SnapPower's Unopposed Motion for Leave to Exceed
`Page Limit for Attachments to SnapPower's Motions for Summary Determination (Doc. ID
`662868) ("Page Liniit Motion"); and (iii) SnapPower's corrected Motion for Summary
`Determination Regarding Importation (Doc. ID 662933) ("Importation MSD").
`SnapPower's Economic Prong MSD and Page Limit Motion were uploaded on
`November 28, 2018 within minutes after the EDIS filing cutoff time, which resulted in a
`November 29, 2018 official received date of the filed documents. SnapPower's Importation
`MSD was filed before the deadline on November 28, 2018, but was refiled on November 29,

`2018, in order to correct the confidentiality designation on an attachment. According toe
`SnapPower, to permit the Economic Prong MSD, Page Limit Motion, and Importation MSD to
`be filed after the filing deadline will not affect the Procedural Schedule. Moreover, none of the
`Parties is likely to be prejudiced by such an inconsequential delay.
`For good cause shown, and because it is unopposed, SnapPower's Motion, Motion
`Docket No. 1124-028, is hereby granted.
