`V On April 8, 2019, Complainant Walbro LLC (“Walbro”) and Respondent Zhejiang Ruixing
`Carburetor Manufacturing Co., Ltd (“Respondent”)jointly moved (1 123-038) for an extension oftime
`
`until May 3, 2019 to complete fact discovery. Walbro and Respondent explain that “[a]s ofthe date of
`
`filing this motion, Complainant and Respondent cannot arrange deposition dates of Respondent’s
`
`witnesses in China before April 24, 2019.” (Mot. at 1.) They therefore submit that a short extension
`
`oftime is necessary “[i]n order to accommodate Respondent’s foreign witnesses to come to the United
`
`States to sit for depositions.” (Id.) I
`
`The Commission Investigative Staff and Respondents Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, TTi,
`
`and Cabela’s do not oppose. (Id.) The other Respondents took no position on the motion. (Id)
`
`Good cause having been shown and there being 'no opposition, the joint motion (1 123-03 8)
`
`is hereby granted.
