`On April 19, 2019, Complainant Walbro, LLC, and Respondents Amazon.com, Inc.;
`
`Cabela’s LLC; Generac Power Systems, Inc.; Kmart Corporation; Lowe’s Companies, Inc.;
`
`Menard, Inc.; MTD Products Inc.; Sears, Roebuck And Go; Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd. of
`Hong Kong d/b/a Techtronic Industries Power Equipment; The Home Depot, Inc.; Thunderbay
`
`Products; Tractor Supply Company; Walmart
`
`Inc.;
`
`and Zhejiang Ruixing Carburetor
`
`Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (collectively, the “Private Parties”) moved to extend (1123—040) the
`
`deadline to complete mediation until thirty days after issuance of a claim construction order. The
`
`Private Parties state: “In preparing for the mediation, it has become apparent that issuance of a
`
`claim construction order will have a significant impact on the mediation.” (Mot. at 1-2.) They
`
`agree that extension of the April 29, 2019 mediation deadline pending receipt of a claim
`
`construction order is “in the best interests of this investigation.” (Id. at 2.) In order to coordinate
`
`schedules, the Private Parties request that the deadline for mediation be moved to thirty days after
`
`issuance of the claim construction order.1 (10’)
`
`The Commission Investigative Staff does not oppose. (Id. at l.)
`
