`On June 21, 2019, Respondent Cabela’s LLC (“Cabela’s”) moved (1123-0051) for an

`extension of . time to complete mediation with Complainant Walbro, LLC (“Walbro”).
`
`Specifically, Cabela’s requests until July 24, 2019 to complete mediation with Walbro and until
`
`July 31, 2019 to submit the joint mediation report.
`Cabela’s explains that the extension is needed to accommodate scheduling of a corporate
`
`representative with authority to settle. (Mot. at 1.) It further states that “Cabela’s and Walbro have
`
`been discussing settlement informally, have exchanged settlement terms, and may be able to settle
`
`. without the assistance of a mediator, thus, saving the parties’ time and resources.” (Id.) Cabela’s
`
`submits that the requested extension will not prejudice the other parties or impact any of the other
`
`deadlines in this investigation. (Id.)
`
`Good cause having been shown and there being no opposition, Cabela’s motion (1123-
`
`051) is hereby granted.
