`On June 10, 2019, respondent Jennewein Biotechnologie GmbH ("Jennewein") filed a

`motion (1120-032) to strike untimely arguments in complainant Glycosyn, LLC's ("Glycosyn")
`
`initial post-hearing brief under Ground Rule 9.2. Jennewein also requests an order shortening
`
`the response time for the pending motion to June 12, 2019.
`
`Jennewein's request for a shortened response time is granted-in-part. Responses to
`
