`
`ORDER NO. 39:
`
`GRANTING RESPONDENT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR
`LEAVE TO CORRECT ITS POST-HEARING BRIEF AND REPLY
`POST-HEARING BRIEF
`
`(July 17, 2019)
`
`On July 2, 2019, respondent Jennewein Biotechnologie GmbH ("Jennewein") moved
`
`(1120-033) for leave to correct and re-file its Post-Hearing Brief and Reply Post-Hearing Brief.
`
`Jennewein explains that "[d]ue to an inadvertent error, the Briefs contain two citations each to
`
`evidence that was stricken pursuant to Order No. 32" and thus seeks to remove the citations.
`
`(Mot. at 1.) Jennewein represents that that "Glycosyn's counsel and the Staff both stated that
`
`they do not oppose this motion." (Id. at 2.)
`
`For good cause shown and in the absence of any opposition, Jennewein's motion (1120-
`
`033) is hereby granted.
`
`SO ORDERED.
