`Estimated Dates and Lengths of Witness Appearance
`
`Pursuant to Ground Rule 9.1(e), the table below sets forth Respondents’ identification of
`
`the witnesses they presently expect to appear at the hearing, which also includes the estimated date
`
`upon which each witness will appear, and the estimated time allotted for each witness’s testimony.
`
`The parties will meet and confer with respect to witness order and the estimated date(s) for and
`
`length of each witness’s testimony.
`
`The parties have agreed to divide the allotted hearing time as follows: Based on an
`
`estimated average of 5.75 hours of hearing time per day for each of four full hearing days, and
`
`allocating 2 hours of testimony for the first day of the hearing (i.e., excluding an estimated 3.5
`
`hours for the pre-hearing conference and opening statements), the parties anticipate using
`
`approximately the following amount of time for examination: Complainant – 10 hours,

`Respondents – 10 hours, Staff and administrative matters – 5 hours, with the understanding that
