`
`Pursuant to Order No. 2 and Ground Rule 6.3, Respondent Hangzhou Grandix
`

`Statement for the above-captioned Investigation.
`
`I.

`
`to having such discussions and will pursue the same under the Ground Rules.
`
`II.
`
`Status of Any Litigation That May Affect Any Issue in This Investigation
`
`Grandix is not aware of any litigation that may affect any issue in this litigation.
`
`III.
`
`Status of Any Proceedings (Including Reexamination Proceedings) Before the
`United States Patent and Trademark Office

`
`
`
`
`
`V.
`
`Proposal for Any Modification of the Obligations or Deadlines Set Forth in These
`Ground Rules or the Procedural Schedule
`
`The parties have discussed the Procedural Schedule and have proposed dates and
`
`alternative dates in the Procedural Schedule. A proposed Procedural Schedule is attached hereto
`
`as Appendix A. The parties will further cooperate regarding certain aspects of discovery,
`
`including, among other things, (1) duration and location of depositions; (2) document

`
`•
`
`third parties alleged to be licensees of the asserted patents;
`
`third parties, including prosecuting attorneys and firms, with information related
`
`to the filing and prosecution of the applications leading to the asserted patents or
`
`any related patents, and the inventorship, conception, development, and reduction
`
`to practice of the alleged invention claimed in the asserted patents;
`
`third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and/or distributors of Complainant’s alleged
`
`Domestic Industry Products;
`
`
`
