`NOTICE OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE .

`A telephone conference (“Teleconference”) was held last week on Wednesday, August
`
`15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., during which a number of issues were addressed, including, but not
`
`limited to, the Parties’ request for receipt of evidence without a sponsoring witness. 1
`
`(See Order
`
`Nos. 45 and 49.).
`Another Teleconference will be held on August 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. That
`
`Teleconference replaces the tentatively, previously scheduled Teleconference for August 20,
`2019. . (See Order No. 49.). In other words, there will not be a Teleconference on August 20,
`2019. The August 27, 2019 Teleconference will deal with all outstanding Motions in Limine
`
`(“MIL”) and High Priority Objections (“HPO”) that are ready for decision. Any other motions
`that are ready for decision may also be discussed.
`
`Consistent with my method used for holding Teleconferences, Complainant and
`
`Respondents should decide which of them will arrange for a court reporter. Also, by 12 o’clock '
`
`noon on Monday, August 26, 2019, the Parties should send a joint email to my Attorney
`
`Advisors AND to McNamara337@usitc.gov. The joint email should identify one individual who
`

`will be speaker and one person who will be listener for each Party, together with the name of the
