`On February 11, 2019, Respondent Vapor 4 Life Holding, Inc. (“Vapor 4 Life”) filed a

`motion for leave to file its response to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation out of time

`(Motion Docket No. 1141-007). There is no opposition to the motion from Complainant Juul
`
`Labs, Inc., Commission Investigative Staff, or any other party.
`
`Pursuant to Order No. 3 (Jan. 29, 2019), the deadline for Respondents to file a response
`
`to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation was Monday, February 4, 2019. Vapor 4 Life
`
`submits that it attempted to file its response to the Complaint and Notice of Investigation on that
`
`date, but due to technical problems, was not able to electronically file the document until after
`
`the close of business. It was received on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
`
`There being no opposition and for good cause shown, Motion Docket No. 1141-007 is
`
`hereby GRANTED.
