`On May 29, 2019, pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.21, complainants Data Scape Ltd. and C-
`
`Scape Consulting Corp. filed a motion to withdraw the complaint and to terminate the
`
`investigation as to all named respondents. Motion Docket No. 1150-6. Complainants also
`
`request that the procedural schedule for this investigation be immediately stayed pending a ruling
`
`on this motion. Complainants state that respondents Apple Inc.; Cellco Partnership d/b/a/
`
`Verizon Wireless; Amazon.com, Inc.; and Amazon Digital Services, LLC do not oppose the
`
`pending motion, and that the Commission investigative attorney will take a position after the
`
`motion has been filed. Mot. at 1-2.
`
`Motion No. 1150-6 is granted in part to the extent that the procedural schedule is stayed
`
`pending a decision on the motion to terminate.
