`
`
` In the Matter of
`
`
`
`CERTAIN TOUCH-CONTROLLED
`MOBILE DEVICES, COMPUTERS, AND
`COMPONENTS THEREOF
`
`. Inv. No. 337-TA-l 162
`
`ORDER NO. 35
`
`NOTICE AND ORDER REGARDING MOTION TO SUSPEND AND
`MODIFY THE PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE
`
`(March 11, '2020)
`
`1. On March 6, 2020, all Respondents moved to suspend and modify the procedural schedule
`
`in light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. Complainant Neodron filed its response
`
`yesterday, March 10, 2020, so the motion is now ripe for decision. Although I intend to.
`
`rule promptly, it is my understanding that the Commission intends to issue guidance on
`
`the subject no later than this, Friday, March 13, 2020. Out of an abundance of caution, I
`
`will wait for that guidance to issue before resolving the question presented.
`
`2. The parties have engaged in settlement discussions, which is laudable, and I expect to be
`
`informed of any settlement without delay. However, in informing me of settlement-
`
`related developments,
`
`the parties shall not communicate the substance of any
`
`negotiations. In particular, theparties are directed to not inform me of the dollar amounts
`
`of any demands, offers, counteroffers, or the like.
`
`SO ORDERED.
